Do you accept new patients?
YES! We are currently accepting new patients!
What types of payment do you accept?
Cash, Check, Credit/Debit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover) Android and Apple Pay
Do you have financing options? Can I make payments on my work?
Yes! We pay several third party companies to handle our financing for us. It is easy for our patients and helps them pay for their services as they go. Care Credit and Lending Club are finance options available for patients with any level of credit history.
I have bad credit, so I can't do the financing option. Do you accept payments in office?
We are a fee-for-service office, which means payment is due at time of service, but another great option for our patients is our pay-in-advance option. Patients can get their initial treatment plan so they know what to expect financially for their work, and begin to pay in advance before they make their appointment and have the service paid for before they get the work completed!
Which insurance plans do you take?
We accept all insurance; we just aren’t in network with any insurance. BUT a lot of times this isn’t a problem as there is little to no variation in how the insurance company pays. We can do a complimentary benefits check for you to see if there is a discrepancy with in and out of network coverage.
What if I don't have insurance?
If you don’t currently have insurance, don’t worry! Our dentist believes that everyone should have access to quality dental care. For this reason, we have financing available with Care Credit and Lending Club.
Which information is necessary for an appointment?
A list of medications & Dental Insurance Card (if applicable)
What method do you use for nervous patients?
We help lots of people just like you every day with sedation options designed to help you achieve the best dental health, along with dealing with anxieties and fears of dental work such as nitrous oxide, oral and IV Sedation. Our patients have had much more comfortable experiences with these options, especially during procedures where local anesthesia just won’t do.
Call (336) 372-8299 today to schedule your a free consultation. Our team is here for you to evaluate your needs and discuss available options.
What age do you start seeing children?
When they get their first tooth.
What is tooth decay?
Cavities are permanently damaged areas in the hard surface of your teeth that develop into tiny openings or holes. Cavities, also called tooth decay or caries, are caused by a combination of factors, including bacteria in your mouth; frequent snacking, sipping sugary drinks and not cleaning your teeth well.
How much does it cost to pull a tooth?
There are various levels of extractions with varying costs. We will be happy to give you all cost involved with extractions when you come in for your exam and evaluation. At this appointment we evaluate your needs and then will be able to give you a full treatment plan with options and prices so you can make an informed decision on your care as well as be able to plan financially for your work. That appointment includes an exam and any necessary x-rays.
If I come in for you to look at this tooth, can you fix it the same day?
Maybe. We try to help patients as fast as we can, but we cannot guarantee same day treatment as we do not know the extent of the work that needs to be done, and we have to allow ample time for your work, as this is an appointment based office. This also allows you to be able to know and plan financially for your services.
I haven't been to a dentist in years, what do I need to do?
Don’t wait any longer! Problems will not improve by ignoring them. You have called the right place, and you’re not alone! Whether it’s been 6 months or 6 years, it’s never too late to get back into a healthy routine. We’re here to help! Let’s get you set up with an initial comprehensive exam and take some x-rays and do a thorough cleaning to get you going in the right direction.
What types of sedation do you offer your patients?
We offer both IV Sedation and Nitrous Oxide options to our patients.
IV Sedation is a relaxed state whereby a patient is comfortable and minimally aware of their surroundings. It is very safe because the patient is breathing on their own and can respond to commands. Many times patients sleep through the entire sedation procedure. Those who do not are usually relaxed enough to proceed.
Nitrous Oxide is a colorless, sweet-smelling gas. It is used as a mild anesthetic, often called laughing gas. Nitrous oxide is a safe and effective sedative agent that is mixed with oxygen and inhaled through a small mask that fits over your nose to help you relax.
